Dorsett Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong
10/10 Excellent
"Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10 minutes walk to the closest metro station, so you have to rely heavily on the 7-11 right outside. But other than this, we loved our stay and always felt safe and well looked after. Especially recommend this place for family/friends trips where peace and quiet is the preference. "
"good breakfast but the menu never change , they serve the same food everyday
few chairs/couch in the lobby, most of the guests have no chair to sit on while waiting for the check in time
rooms are good and spacious
staff are friendly and accommodating "
"Great location, right next to a subway station, just a short 10min free shuttle from the airport. Connected to an outlet shopping mall, lots of food places."
