"Overall, this hotel is very average. There were a few positive and negatives. I’ll start with the positives. After asking for water and toiletries, they were eventually provided. They let me shower after checkout and stored my bag, which was nice! The room is very average, but there was a gap above the door that didn’t shut all the way which let bugs in at night. It felt like being invited into a family while they provided 5 star hotel service but at a cheap price. Room service, laundry service, and anything else you could dream of. Extremely knowledgeable about what to experience in the country and where the get the best prices. I had 5 great days. The family is very helpful and always ready for a chat. "Hidden gem tucked over a hill just off the main road with a jungle outlook. Lovely rooms, amazing breakfasts, friendly hosts and staff, and a short walk to where the action is. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
