"Booked the Delux room. When checking in, I was told deluxe means shared apartment with only one private room. The living, kitchen, and bathroom are supposed to be shared with other roommates. This was never mentioned anywhere during our after-the-booking. It was stressful to pay for a full apartment and ended up knowing it’s a shared space.
