"Negatives …tired looking rooms. Air conditioning was not great had to change rooms due to an issue they did their best.Breakfast was ok. Positives…..great views if you have a balcony, beds a very comfortable, nice big fluffy towels. Great location for beach and shops/bars away from the crazy Levante beach and bars!"

"We stayed at the Mar Blau Benidorm for the second time, for a week in June. We love the location, near the Old Town, overlooking Poniente Beach, within easy reach of countless bars and shops. We loved sitting on our private balcony, people watching and watching the doves in the trees. The staff were really helpful. The hotel provided a kettle, cups and glasses for the week. The hotel reception is always staffed, 24 hours a day. All the hotel staff are really polite and helpful. The air conditioning is really efficient and easy to use. There is a TV in the room. The ensuite shower room is quite big and has drawers were you can put all your bathroomy stuff. Our room was cleaned regularly and towels were changed/extra pillows supplied etc. as required. Mostly, we really love the location of the Mar Blau - right on the front, overlooking Poniente Beach and really near the Old Town."

"Our stay at the Belroy Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made us feel well looked after. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of hot food that was always fresh and served at the right temperature. The bread and pastries were delicious, and it was a nice touch that staff allowed us to take a pastry away when we were too full to eat it at breakfast. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Benidorm. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend the Belroy Hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm."
