Great stay and location

Staff courteous and very happy. Always available if there was an issue. I had a problem with my safe but it was solved promptly and politely. Loved the overall feel Of the hotel and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pablo, have stayed before and will most likely stay again. We never had trouble finding food to eat although quality is not what it used to be, it was still to a good standard though. Hotel was overun with young spanish football teams at the weekend so the restaurant was very noisy. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for a Football Tournament, food was good, pool was wet, and hotel staff was very friendly. The area is comparable to Las Vegas, drunk UKers at every turn! Was a great experience!

Fabulous personal service

I had to add a person to our group late on and Amanda was so helpful, there was no issues at all and she personally called me to confirm the reservation. The hotel itself and staff are great, we have stayed here several times and have always received a great service. I don’t want to make it sound too good in case it gets booked up and I can’t get it myself next year 😉

Location for my stay was perfect. Food was average at best, little options but could just about find something I liked at each meal.. Would have liked better quality and more choice of food.. Was mainly lunch and evening meal... Breakfast was spot on for my liking.

First time in Benidorm and have heard good things about this chain of hotel. Great hotel for the price, in a fantastic location. Stayed for 3 nights on half board which was worth it. Food was lovely, not a huge choice but had everything we needed. Only 1 negative was bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned and no toilet roll, but didn’t ruin the stay
