"Our stay was horrible! First they didn't have the room we reserved and gave us a smaller room and then we were still charged for the king suite!!! Front desk was very rude and not accommodating!

was ice cold! Elevator stopped working and had to climb 3 flights of stairs! I am elderly and had a hard time doing this! Put towels out and requested new ones but that didn't happen! Also put garbage outside our door for pick up and that took forever! I don't appreciate getting charged for...

The room phone did not work, which I did not like. I was there alone with my 3 kids and for safety reasons would have liked that to work. The bathrooms were so small. The
