"Great experience and very nice hotel. I can’t speak for the parking but everything else was great. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfy. It would have been nice to have a microwave in our room but I’m grateful to have had a fridge there. There is only 1 microwave in the entire hotel located in the lobby. I will say the restaurant did not have great lunch and dinner options especially if you are vegan. However, it is walkable to Publix and restaurants. All in all, I would definitely stay there again depending on the parking price. I was not thrilled to pay the $100 a day deposit so I’m sure the parking is expensive too. "

"Cristal from Al provided great customer service. We booked two double beds about five months ago, and unfortunately, somehow, it slipped in the Loews system. When we arrived, we were offered only one bed, a king-size bed with a mattress. Unfortunately, it would not work for us for many health and adult reasons. Anyhow, she immediately helped us out by getting us two normal beds. Thank you so much, Cristal! "
