"Its a bit overpriced for what you get. Staff were friendly. You are paying for locatiomn which is fine. Room is small. For £230 a night maybe more than one pillow each Safe did not work. Good selection of channels on tv. Wifi good . Allow bag storage."

"The property was well situated close to Times Square and Shows. The room was comfortable. The problems were that it was stated that we would get a bottle of wine per night and did not get. We told them that it was our anniversary and insulted us by giving us one small bag of popcorn. Not two but only one. The free breakfast was bagged with rude staff and we were supposed to get a free walking tour from the hotel and it was not available; it was only from other sister hotels."
