"All pools closed. Some of the elevators on Chelsey towers were either broken or damaged. Dirty old carpets. Room dirty, mildew on ceiling, and air barely worked. The quality has truly gone down hill over the years."

"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."

"Excellent place to stay in DC. I always stay here when I’m in town. Reasonable price. Close to everything. My room was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that there was no microwave. In/out parking is convenient but not free. It’s $43(?) per day. I highly recommend it!"
