The bartender was awesome, Paully from new york. The hotel was good,recently converted from a holiday inn. The room is very clean beds are super comfortable as well as pillows. There are no restaurants around. The hotel is safe with fencing and security but in a not so great area. Food at restaurant is very limited because of the switch to Hilton. Located 8 miles from cruise terminal on 95, 20 min. Drive so great spot if you are taking a cruise or airport

The hotel looks new and therefore is well maintained. Service on the other hand is just hands down the worst in all the Hilton hotels I visited. They never had cookies ready, staff never went the extra mile and we had to ask twice or more in order to get anything. I am honors gold which is basically the second most top tier at Hilton and I was treated as an average Joe they didn’t even tried to give me late check out or early check in. The only good thing is that this hotel is cheap so if you’re visiting Miami on a budget, specially coming from all our poor low income countries in the south then you’ll have a clean place to sleep and in plain I95 freeway. Just beware of not driving west, just go east ok?

The hotel was standard. The staff were friendly enough and the linens were clean. Wasn’t anything extraordinary but it was good enough. Not much to do in that area. I traveled around via uber as the public transportation is limited and confusing to navigate. Overall it was good

Beyond Yuck…Daddy, Momma, and baby roaches
My family and I had finished a 8 day cruise and decided on this hotel because of name recognition. Luckily for us, we only needed to stay for a few hours till we need to arrive at the airport for our flight. This hotel looks well kept on the outside, but when we got to our room, I noticed ants, but thought no big deal. When we woke the next morning we saw Daddy, Momma and baby roaches. We were just praying the roaches did not crawl in our luggage for a ride. It was super gross and I will never stay at this Holiday Inn in Miami.

Es un hotel que parece nuevo, pero no lo es, al parecer está remodelado y no de la mejor manera, el equipo no está presto a resolver inquietudes ni problemas, pedí vasos plásticos y hasta este momento no los traen. Solo una noche como para dormir bien pero no más!

The property was okay. Not in what looked like a great neighborhood and they locked the front gate at night and didn't inform us and had to figure it out for ourselves and drive around the property to find open entrance. The lady running the front desk at check in was zoned out and not friendly or welcoming. She did her job without being welcoming or making eye contact. Basically rude. Made a mistake and gave us an occupied room and then wasn't nice when informed about it. Tried to move us from 2 queens to a king room and again was rude. No apologies or niceness in her at all. The man working with her and training was wonderful, friendly, and eager to do a good job. Too bad the women in charge was nasty.

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located near the bus route allowing for easy commuting. The staff are also pretty helpful and pleasant.

Clean room, looked recently refurbished. Zero soundproofing though so no chance of a good nights sleep. Courteous staff but only one waiter at breakfast, which caused delays

This is not an IHG property. We waited over 20 minutes to be checked in as there was no employee to be found. When inquiring as to who owns the hotel the employee said they haven't been told yet. Expedia, please remove IHG from this hotel. I cannot receive IHG points for my stay and it isn't up to their standards.

Hotel was presented as being much higher caliber than it is. Starting with the fact the location is in a very rough neighborhood. We actually booked here before and after a cruise. The first leg the bed was broken and the AC quit. Elevators were hit or miss. Restaurant is severely understaffed, Friday night after cruises returned and restaurant and bar are packed with only one poor girl working it all in the front, she literally told the room sorry, grabbed her purse and noped the hell out. Nothing to do or see in the area and was advised by Uber drivers to “not go walking around” especially after dark. All and all unless you need a quick one night stop on the cheap with low expectations, I’d give this place a hard pass.

The staff wasn’t too great, they left a new person by herself and she wasn’t sure about what to do. We had to pay for breakfast which is very inconvenient. The area isn’t too great either.

The bed was comfortable, however the room door ha sa huge space at the bottom so we can hear everything in the hall. Also, guests smoke weed on the floor and the smell was so strong we had to put a wet towel at the bottom of our door. When I called guest service to see what could be done, they suggested I get air freshener or turn on the AC. Otherwise we slept well.

The property itself was nice, the staff was very nice. It is in a noisy area and while they say the rooms are soundproof they aren't. However with that said the staff was very nice and the place was very clean.
