I would highly recommend booking with Miami Reservations the service was awesome. Communication was great and they answered all questions that I had. The apartment was clean and you could smell the freshness when you walked in the door. It was conveniently located in walking distance of a he beach, shopping and many dining options.

Great location, but that’s about it. The bathroom was in poor condition, tub and some area of the walls were spray painted. The shower head was very short and seems like it’s poorly installed. I smelled the paint the moment I walked in. Like others said there were no paper towels in the kitchen. Hope they can maintain the place in better condition and charge a lot more if they have to.

I was moved to and upgraded a different property prior to check in just a block or so away. Quiet street but within less than 3 blocks walking distance to everything on Washington, Collins and Ocean Drive. The building and 2 story townhome was great with a nice kitchen and plenty of bedding (which is always a challenge-even in hotels). The space has some minimal wear and tear, but absolutely not a deal breaker and would book again.
