Everything was great except for the fact that the key FOB for the elevator was missing, luckily I was on a trip with some friends and their room had the key so I was able to leave and come whenever they did. I tried contacting customer support and ask for the key to which they replied they'd send someone to my room within an hour which didn't happen within that hour and I had to leave since I had plans and couldn't just wait forever. Also the TV was not functioning properly, had some sort of error connecting and wouldn't let me do anything besides turning it on and off. Otherwise everything else was amazing.

Good location with nice gym and pool, the room was fine but all the little things were poor. Our fob for the lift did work for the entire stay, nor did the lights in our room. We asked for more towels (we only had one between two of us) and that room 3 days to come.

There were quite a few issues with the apartment I stayed in. Shower, sink, and kitchen did not drain well and you had to wait 5-15 mins for water to go down. Elevator was confusing to used, key door pin was incorrect when I arrived there at 2am in the morning from the airport so I had to wait for someone to fix it. Key fob was not registered which was essential because you can't access elevators, entry way to the apartments, hotel etc. TV did not work and I called 3x to have the issue fixed and no one came. The experience overall was a nightmare.
