Nice property for the price. The pool area was great, but the restaurant on the 16th floor was pricey for dinner so we went elsewhere. There were a few areas in our room that needed to be cleaned a little better, but the room was good overall. We walked to a restaurant for dinner as well as a convenience store. I would stay here again.

The service we received from the hotel was terrible. We booked an essential room and requested a king bed instead of 2 doubles as me and my partner were staying here for the weekend on our honeymoon. This request was put in months ago. When we get to the property they gave us 2 double beds and when we asked the receptionist if there was anything they could do to help us the receptionist responded back with saying “that’s expedias problem not ours, contact them”. Felt extremely disrespectful and disheartening to hear. The other thing that the hotel will do is leave out water for you when you arrive and leave no price list. We assumed the water was free as every hotel gives you a free water bottle on arrival. The next day room service placed a 10USD price tag on each. This felt unbelievable because it was never shown anywhere when we first arrive that they would charge for the water. Would not recommend this place. Service was shocking the only good thing about this hotel was the location. Would not recommended.
