Great hotel, room was clean. Customer service was friendly. Would highly recommended. Only catch is the pool is still being worked on. I booked 4 month in advance thinking they would have the pool done by mid September. Nope, not even close. Looks like it will take many many more months to open. Beyond that, highly recommend!!!

On checking in we were welcomed with a couple of cold drinks and crisps which was unexpected. We were also given two vouchers for a free drink at the bar due to the pool being closed. The checkin was excellent and the member of staff was very friendly. In reaching our room it was spacious and extremely clean. During our stay we had no trouble with noise from outside, but on one night we had a noisy neighbour next door, the hotel security/staff when informed sorted this within minutes. Breakfast though similar everyday with variations was enjoyable and started the day for us around Miami. Checkout was straight forward with no issues, overall an enjoyable 10 night stay and we would stay again if visiting Miami.
