"The room was great, with amazing views. Room service was also great, and there were no complaints about how clean and useful the room was. The only minor thing is that it would be nice to have a humidity extractor in the bathroom.
The facilities are great. The property is fairly large for walks and is stroller-accessible to all the sites. The pool temperature was great, and the staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly. They did their best to take care of our needs.
One minor point is that the water was not super clean on the last day of our visit. There was some green color in the corners where the kids enter the pool, and in general, maintenance should be improved. We never saw anyone cleaning the pool after hours, which became noticeable after the 4th day.
One thing I did not like was the pressure to give a sales pitch when you arrive and when you leave. From my point of view, no is no, and you should not be that pushy with customers when we already pay for our stay. That was annoying and uncomfortable, and people get mad when you say no. Please don't be that pushy. I understand it is your job, but it is ultimately a customer decision.
I will for sure stay again here, the pool staff made a big difference for us as we had kids and they really were outstanding."
