Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
"Paid for two superior rooms and instead got two standard rooms. The room was quite dirty, stained and our bathroom shower was plugged. Also, no mini fridge for your drinks or microwave for food in the room. Prices at the bar were in our opinion highly over priced and low quality food. Check in process ..."
