"Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help "

"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"We booked a canal view room for our family of 4. The view is beautiful. Room and bathroom is very clean and looks recently renovated. Communication was clear and they were quick to respond. We utilized the shared dining/kitchen area as it seemed we were the only guests staying. Love this place for the location. We arrived by train and did not have to worry about the stairs. It was only a few minutes from station. I highly recommend!"

"Well equipped apartment in the heart of Venice. Good directions for arrival/entry. Communication could have been more efficient. Air conditioning is undersized for apartment. "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"Was a lovely stay, convient and close to public transport links. Very clean with both air con and heating as needed (which we did- the nights get cold in April). Staff were really pleasant and funny and overall everything was great value :)"

"Overall it was a good stay. The only problem was that the bedding provided was a very thin bed cover and we were all quite cold overnight."
