Parking was easy and accessible. Room was clean. The stopper for the bathtub didn’t hold water which makes bathing children a challenge — not everyone showers. The stairwell didn’t get vacuumed the 3 days we were there.

The pillows weren’t comfortable; they had no bend and were too high and knobby, so it was a challenge to find neck support and overall ...
