"We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants. Of note, several reviews mention that the hotel is in a noisy area but there was no noise issues at all during our stay. "

"Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. "I found this hotel to be the best in Japan. The staff was so nice and helpful. Great food on the spot, good price. Big bathz Very Very Hot water at all times. CAFE ON SITE!! Nice Japanese style viewing garden on site. Convince store a block away is the only thing near the hotel. The location is not good if you want to walk around and see sights, but taxi service cost us less than 1000 yen so $6.64 USD! I your going to be in Nagoya, this is a great hotel!"
