We did not try the spa baths, but the room included two sets of pajamas to wear to/from the baths. Very convenient to the local hospital where we visited a patient. Alert: Very firm beds. I also missed emails from airline and booking agent telling me about delayed plane and to contact them re my connecting flight. Luckily all sorted out at the airport two days later. Hotel a bit dated, bathroom cramped with little shelving to put things."

"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly. Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"Booked a non-smoking room but upon check in, only a smoking room was available. This is basically the only time I will complain about anything because no matter how much mystery spray is used, a smoking room is a smoking room."

"Hotel is located right next to Inuyama Station making it easy to get in and out of the city. The property is relatively new. Helpful staffs, good centralized air conditioning, comfortable bed, on-site spa, and great breakfast are very much loved."
