Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again.

A bit weird for customer to do self check in at front desk though there were two staff there, and finally came up to assist to complete the procedures.
