"The customer service was outstanding. The best I've received in years. It started with a warm and friendly welcome when I checked in after a long journey. The gentleman on reception greeted me with a genuone smile, the process was speedy and I liked that he advised me my room number was written in the keycard, rather than saying it out loud as is usually the case. As a woman travelling alone, I appreciated this. The room was clean, spacious and the bed and pullows were comfortable. The shower had good pressure, though I wasn't impressed with the bath. The plug hole in the middle of the bath was awkward and when you stand on it the bath filled up, which was also right under the showerhead. The bath was also quite high to get into for someone who isn't that tall. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and It was nice that someone visoted the table to make sure everything was ok, and ask if there was anything else they could offer. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and fresh.Every member of staff I met greeted me with a smile, and asked if I'd had a good day. That small detail means a lot when you travel lots for work. In summary, quite simply excellent. The customer service is outstanding!"

"Visiting my daughter at Uni. Ideally located for easy transport inyo the center of Bristol. Booked a double room here which I must say for the very reasonably price was excellent. Bedroom and bathroom were easily as good as any of the branded hotels. Had dinnef with my daughter here which was very good and again reasonably priced. Guiness was pretty good too probably the best zi e had in Bristol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. Parked on site with no issues. All in all ideal would recommended and will definitely stay again onmmy next visit. "
