"I liked the late check out, however did not get to use the $15 food voucher, I thought we could just go to the restaurant and use it so I planned for the last day however they said we had to add it to the room, we did not know this, it was too late."

"We loved this hotel! For Key West the price was great, which is the main reason we chose this hotel. And then we were pleasantly surprised. The room itself was beautiful! Very spacious w/ beautiful tile on the floor & shower. The lobby was beautiful, & we loved the pool area, which is right on the beautiful marina! Definitely would stay here again if ever in Key West!"

"Staff was great, the original room wasn’t available, but the staff made sure we were satisfied with the alternative room before we checked in. Parking was good and the view was good."

"Good property with free breakfast and shuttle. The only downside of the entire vacation was roosters which made noise all night and we could not get to sleep normally. Also beds were to soft as to our liking. But overall everything was great!"
