I will definitely not be returning to this accommodation. We were advised that the nightclub (1st floor) presented some noise but as we were on the 7th floor any disturbance was unlikely. The loud music vibrates through the structure of the building, easily and effectively disturbing our sleep. It persisted until 3am on Saturday morning and until 5am on Sunday morning. Even though I was fortunate enough to have access to noise cancelling ear phones, it was not enough. Obviously, adequate consideration has not been given to soundproofing this nightclub.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (908 reviews)
We stayed at the Executive Suite on the ninth floor. The room was roomy and comfortable. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We paid a similar amount to what 5-star hotels were quoting for their entry-level rooms in Melbourne CBD at the same period, so it was excellent value. If I need to pick on something, it would be very minor things: one of the two couches in the sitting room was not comfortable for longer sitting, and the shower (in the oversize, functional bathroom) could do with a shelf for a toothbrush or a soap. Minor issues indeed. We will stay there again.
