Love the spacious apartment. We appreciate being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air. Our West facing apartment has a great view (esp of the sunset), but it can get very warm in the arvo, even in late March. It did cool down well at night, but if it was the middle of summer the bedroom would get very very warm as there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

For a new hotel it was a little tired. This could be because the rooms are not serviced regularly (only done when the customer leaves). You can hear the next door neighbors if they talk loudly and when they leave and arrive home. Not much soundproofing. You could smell the garbage shoot constantly in the hallway if someone had opened the door. The "one bedroom family room" has no privacy for the extra person sleeping there as it is supposed to be the study. No door or curtain available. Not great for a teen or older child or third adult. Pictures did not reflect the situation properly otherwise I would have booked a two bedroom unit.

We have two different layouts for this room. Our building is newly built and has great soundproofing, we would like to apologise if this wasn't the case during your stay. Sorry I didn’t get her name, but the woman at reception on the day we arrived, 18/03/24 was so nice and accommodating. She arranged an early check in for us and recommended a marvelous coffee/lunch spot, The Workers Food Room! The apartment is lovely and very clean. The views are great. The pool area is great.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment style unit with kitchen and washer/dryer. It's a short walk to central station, Victoria market and Chinatown. Room does not self lock like traditional hotel rooms. You need to remember to lock it every time you leave. The towels in the bathroom are quite poor for what is otherwise a great stay.

Lovely well equipped apartment situated very close to public transport and Flagstaff Gardens. Lots of great dining options within a minute or two of walking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. As previously mentioned, no aircon in the bedroom so it was quite warm at night but ok if you left the unit on in the living area. Great to have dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. Amazing pool/steam room/ outdoor hot tubs!!! Would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Daughters bed wasn’t clean-had hairs on the pillow and dirty quilt. As we arrived after hours there wasn’t much we could do about it. We lie a lot of money for the accommodation and expect clean bedding.

The customer experience needs a lot of work
I found the communication with the staff to be very poor , I arrived around midnight due to a late flight I repeatedly asked the property to email me check in instructions but they never did so I was stuck in reception for nearly an hour waiting for them to check me in. even then the guy that turned up was very miserable bearing in mind this is a 4* accommodation it was not the service I was expecting I went to complain the next day and the staff were very dismissive just didn't seem to care The actual complex is very nice however if you want to check in after hours be prepared for a headache

The apartments are generous in size and has everything you need. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. This is only located in the living area and the room becomes quite hot in the afternoon. A pedestal fan was given to us to use in the bedroom but some nights were still quite uncomfortable because of the heat. Would be a perfect apartment for winter stays

Good location near Southern Cross station. Plenty of food and transport options close by. Room was on 25th floor facing west so great views through the floor to ceiling windows. Accomodation was two room apartment style. Living room and kitchen , and seperate bedroom. Issue was air conditioning is in living area only and Melbourne was having hot summer days. Bedroom was very hot on arrival as sun blasted through the west facing glass. We needed to have aircon running all night and keep the bedroom door open in an attempt to keep room cool. I hope they install aircon in the bedroom. Apart from that the apartment is great, views spectacular and good location.

Hotel lobby, rooms and all the facilities are luxurious and clean. Staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming. I called ahead to check if they could store our luggage for the day as we arrived in the city before check in time (which they confirmed they were able to do for us). When we got the hotel to drop our luggage off we were offered an early check in seeing as the room was ready. They totally did not have to do that for us, but they did and it was such a nice gesture that made our first day that little bit nicer. The rooms are super quiet, no noise from the busy city or other guests coming and going. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Top quality appliances for cooking and laundry. My only feedback on the room itself was that for a 6 night stay and no room service included, we were not supplied with enough cleaning supplies and linens (like washing powder, dishwashing powder, towels, bath mat). we had used all the supplies within a couple of days and definitely could have done with a fresh bath mat. I think I could have asked at reception for more supplies for a small fee, however reception is not staffed all hours, and most days we were going out early and getting back late. I managed to make do and it wasn’t a major issue. The location is convenient. Close to southern cross station, easy walk too and from SkyBus station. Heaps of restaurants close by, Bourke st mall and tram stops within easy walking distance

Whole 2 bedroom apartment was built all double glazed glass so when the afternoon sun was shining it was extremely hot even though the white blackout blinds were pull to the bottom. Strangely unlike most 2bedrooom apartments there was only 1 split conditioning unit but it has to do with the design of the apartment having a rather low ceiling and awkward shape 2nd room. Moreover Victoria didn't have much of a summer. Checked out and left before the hottest day for the summer in Victoria. Excellent reception staff who allowed us to checkout at 11am instead. Was on 27floor, facing Flagstaff gardens do it wasn't as hot. Only 2 keycards given but we had a wonderful stay and will recommend it and hope to be back. Building is 60floors. No further amenities used. 4 night stay. Only thing was could hear the neighbour outside the room!
