Tranquil property. Comfortable rooms but what others say about the air conditioners noise and bathrooms is true. The staff, especially restaurant were terrific. Management is aware the gym needs work. I exercise seriously and had to go to an outside facility. No more harbor construction noise. The harbor could be an eyesore if you want natural ocean views. But it had its own charm. Management really cares about your satisfaction.

Beautiful property with a Great Lake view. Communication between different parts - reception and restaurant was poor hence caused confusion which resulted in extra charges. The management was not ready to solve the problem at first. So the experience was ruined. The next day the management agreed to meet halfway and offered a complimentary boat trip but since the experience was already ruined, we wanted to leave. But all the members of staff were very polite throughout the stay. And the spa experience was brilliant. Not sure if I would go back.

One of a kind beautiful property. Excellent service from the staff. Would definitely visit again. Thanks to Anchal who was our host throughout our stay 😊 Only feedback would be buggies could slow down when approaching guests. Sometimes they could come at a very fast pace.
