The VIP restaurant we had a dinner the last night. Food was disapointing:(

Went to Royal Max after being recommended by friends. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, reallly friendly staff, great choice of restaurants, good entertainment and plenty to keep you busy throughout the day. Looking forward to going back next year.

No need to leave the hotel, there are daily activities including archery in the hotel's adventure park, great facilities for children, gym, indoor pool, great private beach and food/drink wherever you go. Probably the best hotel/resort in Antalya!

Fantastic all inclusive with all the facilities from a 5 star resort

Quick check-in, no upgrades. The room is normal spacious, large balcony but no light at night. Good swimming pools and great kids club. Food - small choice, ate almost every day the same thing. There was a huge lack of waiters, for spoons and forks we went by ourselves, sometimes we even took the plates ourselves. There was not much fruit and vegetables and if there were any, they were not tasty. There were queues everywhere, for food, for alcohol, for ice cream (sometimes 5-10 minutes). Great...

It's the best hotel in serik, brilliant staff, brilliant reception, so clean,healthy food, the rooms are spacious and new,and if your in a wheelchair I recommend this hotel 110%.

We just returned from a 7 nights stay, I have t o say the picture don't do this place justice. It's an amazing place, you have to take hotel ratings with a pinch of salt when booking but this place really is a 5 star and more. We have just come back from a fabulous holiday at Club Asteria. This resort is fantastic. Beautiful pools, meticulously clean grounds, delicious food(great chef!) . My 3 children absolutely loved it, especially the endless supplies of ice cream, drinks and cakes! We had a fantastic holiday- great entertainment everyday - our kids loved the Rino club. Only negative was the fact that some guests were noisy late at night when coming back to room- there was also some construction work taking place on the next door resort which was nosey. We would certainly come back again!

Great all inclusive hotel. We had a 2 bedroom family room. Perfect with kids. Facilities where great and evening food was very good with lots of variety. Could offer slightly better food options for smaller kids.

The experience was great. The food is the best I’ve had at any hotel/resort. No sub bed wars, there’s always a sun bed available. The private boat to the private beach is safe and quick. The beach was clean, they had of course the all inclusive food and drinks. Entertainment is great at the hotel, the aqua park is fun, they have big slides, as well as the smaller ones for kids. We were there 2 nights. Very quiet. Entertainment after show finished could be better. Can hear sister hotel villa residence partying ...you feel your missing out. Over all hotel lovely and we got an upgrade to a suite...thank you hotel villa ....great stay. We were uk family with 1 child age 9

breakfast was great, had a wonderful time with good hospitality from staffs in the bar and dining.
