"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with the staff always being friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The resort has fantastic facilities, especially for families with children. There were plenty of activities and play areas to keep the kids entertained, allowing everyone to have a great time. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, clean and comfortable rooms, warm and attentive staff, and excellent family-friendly facilities made this a memorable stay. We look forward to coming back in the future!"

"Its was a pleasant stay except for the housekeeping, which was extremely poor. We stays there 8 nights and they barely took the time to clean the rooms each day. Some days we walk in a find it cleaned to the bare bare minimum bed made, not even glasses washed properly and multiple days we found our pj's thrown on the floor"

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pool was well maintained by staff. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff is extremely helpful. The beach was very accessible and the shows were great for the kids and versatile. However, the food’s cleanliness was to be questioned, as one of us had food poisoning. I suggest avoiding sushi and food that has been sitting for a long time. Another thing that ruined our experience is the reception gave us the wrong color bracelet and we found out on our last day. There was also one of the staff who worked in the hair braiding spot who would give us dirty looks for no reason which we did not appreciate. Overall we’d rate a 4/5."
