The hotel, though, has a really Interesting history and if you are heading through it’s a kind of different place to stay, way better than a typical cookie cutter chain. More like a big city old school vibe. Good bar. Food was excellent. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at Motel 6 Bakersfield Convention Center. The location is surprisingly peaceful, with barely any traffic, which made for an incredibly restful night—I slept like a bear. One of the biggest perks is the huge selection of dining options nearby, including one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever seen right across the street. Super convenient. The internet was fast and reliable, which is always a big deal for me. The staff was amazing as well—after 1am, I went downstairs...

The area does not look the best and their is a train that is right next to the hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks because of the rooms inside and the property manager was really professional and honest when I first got there. I would stay there again. "
