"The rooms are very clean. The continental breakfast had a lot of great choices to include pancakes from a very cool pancake maker!! My shower head in the room was calcified and should be cleaned or replaced to allow the full effect of the shower. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. When I travel back to Pampa, if I am not in my RV, I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"After a long day on the road a nice hot shower was on the menu. There wasn’t any soap in the room. Went down to the front desk. Only to be told they had “run out” of soap & could supply me with more shampoo!!! I was dumbfounded I just walked away. Get back to my room ( on the 3rd floor) my key doesn’t work. Go back down to the desk to get this fixed. Go back to the room the key fails once again. Another trip to the desk. Back to the room it’s ok. Go out for supper. Get to our room the key doesn’t work. Back down to get this resolved. The last time we were at this hotel the TV didn’t work. So this is the last time they will get our business. For a BW plus are you supposed to remember to bring soap with you maybe next time you’ll be asked to provide toilet paper. What a disgrace."
