"We enjoyed our stay it was great, I just wish room got cleaned more often mainly the trash being taken out of the room."

"My grandson had a 3 day basketball tournament we stayed at this hotel . The staff was great I can’t say that cleaning staff was the best the 2nd day of coming back to our room looked like the beds where made by a toddler it was half cleaned but I didn’t complain just dealt with it . But other than that it was great ."

"Property is clean and i've stayed here several times in the past. During my recent stay, i had to have stay to accomodate the expected passing of a family member. So, there was a newd for me to extend my stay beyond my initial reservation. After extending my stay at the front desk, i realized that the room rate for the extension signifiantly exceeded the previous day rate as well as current day rate on hotels.com. When i requested an adjustment to the rate or cancellation of my reservation, i was told no and that it was "my fault" that i booked at the higher rate. At the least, i could have been advised that the room rate was signifiantly different then my previous night stay along with other preferential rate offerings. At the very least, very poor customer service that will result in me switching to a different property after today along with no intention to visit Denizen properties in the future. "

"soap dish in the tub had mold and the floor tiles cracked and popping up, staff was kind, smelled like mold in the room with a smoker smell although I didn't request a smoker room the pictures do not represent the hotel but the prize dose I would update pictures "

"This is a nice property, but could use a refresh here and there. The desk chair in my room had torn up padding on the arm rest. Not a deal breakers, but very uncomfortable. "
