"It was great"

"This was a beautiful place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with items suitable for cooking. The property was clean and the staff was wonderful. The only comment I would like to make is there are no elevators. We were on the 3rd floor. The staff did say we could get a bottom floor room if this was an issue. We chose not to move to the bottom floor. Dragging my luggage up the stairs was it bit much. Also I would like to note there was a staff member that offered to haul my luggage up the stairs but me being stupid said no I got this. The place is wonderful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"The restaurant food for dinner is poor at best. Everything pre-made and microwaved. UBER Eats is best option for food. "

"Shower was low pressure and had mold, furniture and carpet is dirty, no breakfast, no gym. Apathetic energy from staff at check-in. I do not recommend staying here."

"The Four Seasons experience is. no longer a thing. My last couple stays at the Four Seasons were not as exceptional as they used to be. Now, you can have a better experience somewhere else without spending so much as you do when you book at a Four Seasons hotel. Have stayed at that particular resort about 8-10 years ago and my previous stay was way more special - personal attention, better service, etc.. Also, nothing changed, this particular resort needs a facelift."
