Unfortunately, there can be some noise from a nearby hotel with live music, but it doesn't seem to last very late. The timbo hotel itself was quiet. "The Mizangani Seafront Hotel was an amazing, atmospheric bit of old Zanzibar looking out on the Stone Town harbor, and across from the Dar es Salaam ferry landing. They served a wonderful breakfast on the veranda. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and filled with beautiful Zanzibari details."
