"First of all the air conditioner did not work outside. Air was in the 95 a room. Temperature was 85 very dirty look like it never been clean call the front desk. They couldn’t help us cause the manager was gone. Maintain people were gone and did not offer another room overall was a very poor experience."

"The room was not especially clean (around faucets, sink, shower, couch, floors). The light on the bathroom (over the mirror and sink) was not properly secured to the wall. The couch was covered with stains. The shower floor was slimey feeling. They apparently allow dogs and we had a neighbor who had one who we heard barking off and on. One of the windows was completely missing the curtains (yet had a rod)."

"We were told our room had been recently renovated. However, the door was extremely difficult to open and close—it would stick badly both going in and coming out. I was never able to open it on my own, and luckily my husband was able to get it open for me. The bathtub in the bathroom also appeared to need some work, as the bottom was chipped. Additionally, the common areas were extremely hot during our stay. The morning staff was very friendly and greeted us when we came through. The night staff member was on his phone when we arrived, and I had to say something before being acknowledged. Once he put his phone away, he was polite and helpful."
