"The room smelled like people had been smoking in it. My husband is an HVAC tech for many years and asked if they could check the filters in the room. They basically said no they had no staff right now. Furthermore, the room was "clean" but it definitely looked shabby. The front door had streaks of dirt on it. The bathroom grout was grey, and the sink was not particularly clean."

"The room was clean. For free food, it was very descent and satisfying. The staff were friendly and customer service was top tier! We had a great time. It was definitely a staycation! Will definitely return and also stay at other locations."

"Overall, TownPlace Suites is pretty good, not great (6.5 / 10). The first room that we were assigned had a door that did not lock and the phone was not working. The second room was good, but the coffee maker was missing the basket. The beds were very comfortable. Where TownPlace falls short is its attention to the comman areas. I had to notify the staff that there was no paper towel in the workout room to wipe the equipment, and there were no towels. I also had to notify that the men's room just steps from the front desk had no paper towel. The hallway rugs look like they need vacuuming and maybe a shampooing. The breakfast is pretty good, but a cereal that is not covered in sugar would be nice. I would like to see real utensils. They use only plastic. Not terrible, not great."

"Everything was nice the staff was wonderful thd hotel was exactly like it was advertised on there website the check in was smooth anything I needed while I stayed there they responded quickly it was amazing I will be back ."
