Good maintenance, guest service good satisfaction and rooms was neat and clean and hygienic and no problem for washroom hot water is there 24hrs. hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions. Love to be here again.

The Orchid Retreat is the perfect place to stay in Agra. The room is lovely and clean - we felt right at home. The team there are all very friendly and helpful. We had lunch and breakfast - all the food was lovely. Air conditioning worked perfectly. If we were in Agra again, we would definitely stay here!

Room was neat and clean. service was good and staff were humble and cooperative. Location of the hotel is a great advantage, food was delicious with a good variety of options, it was one of the most memorable moments in my visit.

Good Hotel In Vrindavan. It is a new hotel with good and clean rooms. It's feels like a vip stay. We ordered food in our Room. Service was very fast. Hotel is very near to Prem Mandir and Banke Bihari Mandir. Also near to Yamunu River

Staying in this hotel was very good for my family because the location of the hotel was close to the temples, so there was no problem in roaming around, rooms were also good and the cleanliness was also good, the facilities are also good for the family, we liked the hotel very much.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The dining arrangement was excellent and the staff was extremely supportive and courteous. The room were very specious with comfortable, soft mattress. All in room amenities were well providing and maintained. The breakfast spread was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be highly recommend this hotel.

This was by far my best stay in the whole of my 4 month trip, what made it wa she satff so polite and helpful always smiling , Santosh the chef was just amazing , bring us out Indian foods to try always asking about are day, he stood out for sure but everyone was amazing as well, they let us have a late cheak out for free and a lady even came to the room and helped my sister with her sari !10/10 stay here! You won't regret it!!!
