"I booked the hotel in March, I booked an economy double room. When I arrived, I was told that the room do not have a shower or toilet - that it had a shared toilet and shower. I showed them my booking and receipt that says nothing about a shared toilet or shower. They also told me they don't even have an economy double - the rooms all had names. They put me in a room with an en-suite for a few hundred more per night. I have learned that the hotel "reopened" in May, which I presumed was...
