"Does anything work here?! First room they checked us into had no A/C, toilet didn’t flush & fridge wasn’t even cold. They moved us to another room & the shower drain was clogged! The key cards deactivated 100 times and we had to be walked to our room by staff at 1am."

"BF was great. Carpet has that humidity smell to it but other than that was a good stay. Fully recommend, and for the price can’t ask for more"

"Room was clean and very quiet!"

"The employees were without exception great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel, however, was run down and shabby. When we booked our room, no mention was made of the renovation going on. Boxes of construction materials filling the main floor hallways and rooms. Plaster dust and grout everywhere. The noise wasn't too bad and restricted to daytime. The bathtub had black areas in the caulking and grout. The popcorn ceiling was bubbled and cracked open in spots. The chair in the room was so tattered and torn up, I actually took it back to the front desk and told them it needed to go into the dumpster. I was told that part of the renovation was new furniture. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs and waffles, with the usual muffins, bagels, etc. We stayed for 4 days because the location suited our needs and the staff really were trying their best in a difficult situation. I'm sure the place will be beautiful. But I would steer clear of it for the next year or so. Be sure to ask how the renovation is coming because I doubt that they will volunteer that information."
