"Extremely noisy. Could not get a good nights sleep"

"Pool was unavailable the first day of our stay. Next day it was way too cold to swim. Only one elevator worked. We ended up having to take the stairs multiple times. "

"Everything was seamless and good. We had no issues. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The only issue we had was when we tried to turn the heat on in Rm 225, it started to smell really bad so we turned it off. I think it was just dusty from not being used but we didn't want to take the chance so we didn't turn it on. The weather was unusually cold while we were there so we were cold in the room with the air condidtioner being on. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was unfriendly. The ice makers broken on every floor. There were ants in my room. The keys were hit or miss in opening doors. Doors on property that were supposed to be opened with a key from outside were always unlocked. The restaurant hours were too short. The bar area dud not have a liquor license - we were advised to go down the street to holiday inn which is a sister property."
