"Please fix the light display of the elevator buttons. When someone pushes the button for one floor, all the buttons light up. Also, the first floor ATM has been without money for months. Is it broken? Otherwise, no issues."

"This hotel is brand new, built from the ground up to replace a previous property, and it truly shows. Everything was incredibly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were modern, very comfortable, and well appointed, especially impressive given the very affordable price. The staff was wonderful as well; friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. One important note: the current rating appears to be based on the former hotel that used to occupy this location, which doesn’t reflect the experience at all. This new property deserves a much higher rating based on its quality and condition. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"1- The room was clean; however, pest control attention is needed. A roach was found on the wall (see attached photo). 2. Staff adherence to service protocols requires improvement. Additional training is recommended in the following areas: - Reception: The receptionist did not demonstrate a welcoming attitude. - Food Service: The cook was throwing and bagging plates on the counter while serving guests, which appeared unprofessional. 3. The parking fee is excessively high."
