Our party were treated like Queens. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and filled with those small things that make a stay special , robes, fruit, water, slippers and toiletries. Our first time visit to Marrakech was memorable as the Hotel & Ryad Art Place is authentic and traditional from the minute you step through the beautiful doorway. Situated on the Medina, surrounded by alleyways of colourful Souks. We covered the city on foot & this was a perfect way to see the Marrakech neighbourhoods. Convenient location to explore Marrakech. The hotel and grounds are a little oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Plenty of space in the grounds for sunbathing and a choice of pools to cool off. The staff are attentive, friendly people always with a smile on their faces. The food is varied, tasty and fresh whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I travelled to this hotel beginning of March '12 with my wife and 4month old baby, This hotel is great, what sets it apart is that the service is exceptional. The hotel manager made himself known to me within a day, the head chef would take his time to come and greet me and my family on a daily basis and any requests i made honoured within minutes. For example for my babys cot i wanted something to make it higher (cot was deep) so i can put my baby in and out easily. Within 2 minutes i had...

My stay at Jaal Riad was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We had a hammam, which was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh.

A great hostel perfectly situated just off the Main Street. The owner went out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect & was an excellent host. The room was well decorated & the bed was comfortable. The hostel itself covers 5 floors & is nice & cool when you step inside from the hot sun. The roof terrace is big & has all the amenities you would want, including fridge, pool table, table football, big TV & lots of couches to chill out on.
