Dripping every 5 seconds, audible even through the closed door (and you hear the neighbors snore). Reported it in the morning. Passed by during the day and asked if it was fixed: confirmed: returned at 10pm: nothing done, leak still dripping: complained to the front desk :Reply "Not my problem, I am not going to apologize for it, fully booked nothing can be done: want free breakfast to get you out off your bad mood?" What kind of customer service is that. The next day it was fixed but they still denied it ever happened. "

"Solid, well-priced room. This hotel earns all 3 of its stars well and is a well-located, affordable option for Paris girls trip. The one thing to know in advance is that the room is very small, so be sure you’re close with you wherever you are traveling with! Otherwise - I would recommend! "Location is great . I stayed here for one night as I was coming in from Newcastle to Paris for work . So I traveled all day to come into Paris and got into my room to take a shower and there was no hot water . Went downstairs and asked the staff he didn’t really care much and told me he forgot to tell me that there’s no hot water in the building ... Quite disappointed to be honest . Could have call and told me before I checked in so I could book another hotel . There was no hot water this morning either before I went to work . "

"The hotel itself is very cute, but the ventilation system is terrible. The entire lobby and hallways smell like fried food, and the fire alarm goes off whenever the kitchen starts cooking (including at 6am). Guests even had to evacuate into the street because of it. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the stay for me."

"Hôtel was clean, comfortable and staff were all very friendly. The location was great to walk and explore. My only complaint was the coffee here. We ventured to find better coffee cause the hotel charged 4 euro for a tiny coffee from a machine. Other than that, I would definitely stay again. "

"We had an excellent stay here! Felt very safe. Staff were very welcoming and kind. The balcony and view is very romantic. Would have easily been a 5 star stay; however, the bathroom had a very foul potent smell that slowly got worse throughout the day. When the bathroom was cleaned the next day, it was better, but slowly got worse again and again. Other than that…we had an excellent stay"
