Also, the gentleman who helped me, went so far out of his way to make sure my needs were handled. Thank you, to him. I had to be to the hospital by 7 a.m. and he took an extra step in helping me. I wish i could remember his name, but i sure hope Doubltree by Hilton will honor this staff member.( i checked in around 6 p.m.on the 13th of October. He deserves to be recognized and a vacation-- paid weekend. He was an amazing staff member, and Doubletree by Hilton should be proud of having a staff member that can go so far out of the path in helping a stranger in need; and be a mentor to the other staff memebers. "We stayed one night for an event downtown and I didn't want to spend several hundred dollars. This is perfectly adequate. The sheets smelled of bleach, so I know they were clean. It's a typical motel room. The low price is because it's incredibly dated, worn. If a Super 8 is as low in the food chain as you will go then this place is not for you.
