事前に部屋のチェックが不十分。 　シャンプーが切れている、時計は止まっている、洗濯機から水漏れ、冷蔵庫から騒音あり等 　　ただし、すべてをチーフが対応、冷蔵庫は新品に 交換。　6日泊で最後の2日は追加料金なしでグレードアップした室に泊めてくれた。すごく良い部屋だった。
