"Staying at Tanah Gajah in Ubud was an absolute highlight of our time in Bali. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the level of care and hospitality. The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and super helpful. The resort’s amenities were top-tier across the board. The serene pool, lush paddy field surroundings, and quiet, spacious grounds provided the ultimate peaceful retreat after exploring the island. "Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."
