Very relaxing place for some wellness/yoga on a beautiful stretch of beach. A work in progress with some ongoing renovations and developments, but didn’t take away from the experience. Lovely and friendly staff, and fantastic yoga instructors. Will definitely be returning!

I stayed here with my 11 yo son. We were in room 4001 a deluxe river review. The room was clean & well maintained on the river, which was beautiful. The room is not over looked & you don't have guests walking past. It was perfect. The pool is small, but the pool staff are very attentive. Though I find it odd to have plastic coverings on the sun beds. The restaurant is reasonably priced & we ate there for breakfast and a dinner. The staff couldn't be more helpful - the service was amazing....

The resort is located at a very pleasant place where you can see the beach from the balcony. The staff was very polite. The food was tasty. They have a big swimming pool and you can use it anytime.

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...
