Booked this property as our train got cancelled due to the typhoon . I have to say Holiday Inn Express in China are quite different from the rest of Europe and USA . The standard is much higher and the service , staff and amenities are flawless .

One of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. The hotel is new and the rooms are modern, quite and comfortable. It is very close to the Hongqiao staion and airport as well as a number of shopping malls. Not a hotel if you want to be in downtown or near Pudong International Airport.

It was fantastic? Amenities, staff, atmosphere. Breakfast would be even better with more options but was still great. Like gating in the rooms needs to be brighter.

The staff were very helpful! I forgot a charger and they provided endless power banks and were able to help me order food from local areas! They were nothing but good to me and I would definitely stay again!
