Superb location, lots of quality shops and restaurants, five minutes from metro. Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Great to see rooms are undergoing refurbishment, may come back next year to check them out 😉 didn’t try breakfast (we don’t normally eat breakfast) out as fairly expensive along with internal coffee shop and so many fantastic places outside if you did want to, but if convenience is your thing it’s perfect, but we did read that it was a great breakfast.

The only problem was that the room was too hot for sleeping. We understood that government regulations preclude running the air conditioning at this time of year (October). Max daytime temp about 25 deg C with the bedroom about the same. Outside noise level was high, mainly vehicle horn noise. The limited window opening didn't in any case make much difference to the temp. Breakfasts very good and staff always helpful.

We loved our stay here which was friendly, cool and comfortable. The hotel serves the business person but also the tourist and does it so well. From the minute we checked in until check out we had great service, a brilliant corner room which was comfortable, clean and felt luxurious. I couldn't find anything native to say about the hotel. All good. It was so close to all the amenities, the metro, shopping and parks and museums.
