"Room was modern, well appointed and beautiful. Fabulous powerful shower with a very easy set of buttons - large shower room. Seats to sit on (bench and chaise long) were very shallow and not comfortable- unlike the comfortable bed. Storage space was actually quite small. Very poor lighting for the fab basin area but large counter to accommodate all medicines and makeup. One sad thing - the fab-looking rooftop bar was closed on the two evenings we wanted it and that wasn’t made clear before we booked."
"After reading review I was dubious about our stay, we booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 teens, we paid a bargain price of £69 for the night i assumed cheap would mean the worst room but I was so wrong we had a spacious beautiful room with the best view of the sea and coast line the hotel its self is historical and beautiful, absolutely loved our stay my only slight complain would be the mattress it wasn't comfortable other than that I would recommend this hotel and will use again."
"The Room (Double with River View) was a good size and had good Facilities including a mini fridge I wasn't expecting. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both a soft and firmer pillow choice. The bedroom, shower room (and hotel) were very clean and in good order.
Breakfast was lovely with a really good selection.
The location was great, a short walk across the bridge to the city centre.
The only small negative was being able to hear music at the Bars/Clubs the other side of the river after 11pm when we wanted to sleep."
"Staff friendly and very helpful. Gave me assistance when I needed it with cheerful "Can I do anything else?".:A pleasure to be around.
Good breakfast and plenty of choice for both cooked and buffet options."
