This was my first visit to this hotel. It is centrally located on the Race course Road, surrounded by greenery. Polite staff. quick and friendly response by reception and room service. Common space outside the rooms for seating is good. Also it is very easy to get auto rickshaw or taxi for local...

Superb Experience, the rooms were clean the hospitality was amazing. To top it up the Hotel, awesome I must say. I haven't ever stayed in hotel where the room plus food has been good. They have amazing in room dinning food and their Resturant SANADIGE. 5 Star from me for sure....

Their process to get OTA mails into some person dependent mail box instead of a front office mail box sucks. Almost 30 minutes wasted just to find the mail

One cannot expect more than this from this great staff at this Hotel - Perfect service and care provided by all at front desk , reception -Saif , John and Ram . Good breakfast service and staff was helpful

The rooms are tidy and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the experience overall was pretty good, room service is a bit of a problem. But other than that tiny issue, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in for a short period - business or leisure.
